The TV commercial break workout!
Commercial Break #1 | Repeat until your show comes back on
- Chair squats, 15 reps
- Couch cushion/pillow shoulder press, 15 reps
- Couch cushion/pillow leaning arm press, 10 reps
Commercial Break #2 | Repeat until your show comes back on
- Push-ups, 10 reps
- Side-to-side squats, 10 reps
- Reverse flies, 10 reps
In the event that you don’t get through all of the exercises in either circuit at least once before the commercial break is over you may finish it at the start of the next break, and then jump into the next circuit. In the event that you are watching a program that has more than two commercial breaks just go back to the first circuit all over again.
