#6 Family Workout – Deck of Cards

Take turns drawing a card from a deck of cards and doing the exercise as a group that corresponds with that card.

Rules | Numbers (The number on the card = the number of reps that you do)
Jacks = 11 reps
Queen = 12 reps
King = 13 reps
Ace = 14 reps

Rules | Suits (The suit on the card = the exercise that you do)
Clubs = crunches
Spades = push-ups
Hearts = squats
Diamonds = jumping jacks

Rules | Game options
Either the person that pulls the card can do the exercise on the card or your family can do the exercise as a group each time a card is pulled. The full workout means making it through the full deck!
